Firm Overview
The law firm of Adams & Bennett serves the citizens of Cooke, Denton, Tarrant and Wise Counties. The firm has two attorneys: Phil L. Adams, graduate of Texas Tech University Law School; and Lisa C. Bennett, graduate Oklahoma City University Law School. The law firm has three legal assistants and four staff personnel. The firm is engaged in the general practice of law in State and Federal Courts, civil and criminal trial practice, plaintiffs personal injury, business and commercial litigation, real estate, family law, probate law, corporate law and estate planning. The Gainesville office is easily accessible four blocks east of Interstate 35, two blocks north of the Cooke County Courthouse, located at 100 East Broadway, on the corner of East Broadway and Dixon. Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, or by special appointment after regular business hours. The firm does not handle insurance defense, bankruptcy or collections.
